Green Leaf Holdings, LLC (Green Leaf Farms) produces medical and recreational cannabis products. Revenues are generated by selling their cannabis products to licensed dispensaries throughout Nevada.

Their mission is to produce the highest quality and safest pharmaceutical-grade cannabis to all levels of consumers. They utilize the most efficient cultivation methods in order to lower expenses for consumers and maximize returns for investors.

They are a privately held company with a unique business model as they are one of only a few companies who have been granted 2 (two) Medical Marijuana Establishment (MME) licenses in Nevada; Cultivation and Production.

Their Cultivation License enables them to grow cannabis which will produce flower. Their Production License enables them to process flower (cannabis) and cannabis byproducts into extremely pure concentrates, extracts, and oils which are used in medicine, cartridges, and edibles. Green Leaf has both acquired and developed proprietary cannabis strains and will continue to be committed to cannabis research and development.

Green Leaf is located in North Las Vegas, Nevada on 2.3 acres in a state-of-the-art 27,000 sq. ft. facility. They have a seasoned team of professional growers and operators to manage the facility with proven best practices to ensure they have the highest quality products available.

How Green Leaf Farms Generates Revenues:

Green Leaf Farms generates revenues by selling their cannabis products to licensed dispensaries throughout Nevada. The flower produced is sold at wholesale prices to dispensaries throughout the state of Nevada. The Production license can and will be used independently of their Cultivation license. This creates a fantastic opportunity to purchase RPM (Raw Plant Material) from other cultivators in the state who do not have a Production. The cannabis byproducts (extracts and oils) created from both Green Leaf Farms as well as RPM purchased from other Nevada cultivators will be used in medicine, cartridges, and edibles. The end products will be packaged under the Green Leaf Farms brand and sold to dispensaries throughout Nevada. Green Leaf Farms expects to generate a profit in the first fiscal year of operation. The second year could generate in excess of $35 Million in revenues.
