About The CannaGuides Channel

Cannabis Coaches, Chela & Dave Coennen are family caregivers turned advocates who were so inspired by Chela's mother decade long journey through Alzheimer’s, we launched Cannabis Helps Dementia podcast , started Coach Chela Consulting and CannaGuides. CannaGuides provides comprehensive CBD & cannabis education to older people, senior living communities, and medical professionals. Our free in-person education services include multimedia presentations, book events, Karaoke sing-alongs, tea parties & other activities at senior health fairs, expos, and select trade shows. We’ve also provided CBD and medical cannabis education to senior services organizations such as AlzLA, Leeza’s Care Connection, ONEgeneration, Death Doula LA, and a number of Home Care and Hospice providers. CannaGuides offers a variety of cannabis education online, including Eventbright webinars and Zoom sessions for senior community staff and family members. We strive to help older adults, family caregivers, and healthcare professionals make informed decisions about medicinal cannabis use. Our mission is to get grass to Granny by providing education on CBD and cannabis, being a resource for healthcare professionals, and highlighting quality brands and products.
