Cannabis Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies With Marshmallow Topping
Ingredients (organic ingredients will cost more, however, the benefits of organic cannot be overstated)
This recipe can be medicated or not, wonderful either way.
1tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup cannabis coconut oil (there are many recipes out there for this oil)
1 cup Ghirardelli cocoa powder (or your favorite brand)
1 cup unbleached flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips (or your favorite brand)
1/2 cup medicated peanut butter
1 heaping cup Ghirardelli double chocolate chips (or your favorite brand)
1/2 bag of marshmallows
Preheat oven to 325 F
Beat the eggs until fully mixed then cream together with sugar.
Add the vanilla and next the medicated oil. Then add in the dry ingredients (keep the peanut butter and the marshmallows separate) and mix well enough to disperse the baking soda, but do not over mix.
Medicated Peanut Butter- Take the 1/2 cup peanut butter and mix in 1/4 cup of cannabis coconut oil, set aside.
Medicated Marshmallows- Using a nonstick pan on low heat add the marshmallows directly to the pan to melt. As they begin to melt add 1/4 cup of cannabis coconut oil. Using a spatula break apart the melting marshmallows and incorporate the oil. Do not over mix this or u will end up with a big sticky blob.
Use a 9X9 pan or a comparable pan and line with parchment paper and spray generously with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread half the batter evenly in the bottom of the pan,drizzle evenly with medicated peanut butter,
Add the remainder of the brownie batter on top, again spreading it as evenly as possible.
Using the tip of a toothpick make a cross hatch pattern across the top of the batter
If using the medicated marshmallows, make sure they are still warm and pliable drizzle that mixture to top it all off.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before cutting. Cut into 2 inch by 2 inch squares, or as desired.
This recipe is triple medicated if you make the marshmallow topping (optional) and is definitely for the experienced edible user. I usually double this recipe and use a 13X9 inch pan. If you do this add at least 5-7 minutes of cooking time, brownies are ready when you insert a toothpick into the center and it comes out clean.
